## 會務報告

因改選理監事，本會於  2020/10 完成法院變更登記，請參閱[法院公告](https://www.judicial.gov.tw/tw/cp-144-301826-2b94b-1.html)。

2021 年入會 3 人，目前個人會員 47 名、團體會員 1 名。

2019 年中進駐[台北 NPO Hub](https://g.page/NPOHUBTaipei?share)，夥伴陸續增加，從 3 固定座位到現有 1 辦公室。

## 理監事會

2021 年理監事未領取任何薪津酬勞。

* 第 3 屆第 2 次理監事會議（2021/03/14）：承認工作計畫及預決算／同意召開會員大會／委託會計師財務查核。
* 2021 年度會員大會（2021/03/28）：承認工作計畫及預決算／選舉理監事 / 委託會計師財務查核／新增會員。
* 第 3 屆第 3 次理監事會議（2021/12/12）：承認工作計畫及預算／調整執行長薪資／委託會計師財務查核／規劃財務投資辦法。
* 第 3 屆第 4 次理監事會議（2022/03/05）：承認工作報告及決算／同意召開會員大會／加入臺北第一儲蓄互助社。
